No resident or care data

We do not collect, store or process care records or special-category data about residents. Enquiry forms ask referrers not to include any client-identifying or medical details.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit (your name, organisation, role, email, phone, message).
• Provider listing requests and provider account details.
• Privacy-friendly, aggregate usage analytics.

Sub-processors

We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Resend (email notifications) and Cloudflare (security and anti-spam). Each processes data on our behalf under their own data-processing terms.
